For our youngsters to study in buildings that are safe healthy, comfortable and efficient from an energy viewpoint, means enabling them to be a cut above, giving them a positive attitude toward school and study. For the Municipality, instead, it means a big saving that could be invested in other education and sustainability projects.

Indeed, GSE greatly approved the interventions carried out by the Municipality of Pesaro, where out of six requalification projects, half involved school buildings: a junior high that will be entirely rebuilt with Nzeb criteria (low emissions), a new school and neighbourhood gym of 1,300 sqm, and lastly another junior high gym of about 650 square metres.

Works that fully fall within GSE’s vision, according to which sustainabilityis not only an adjective, but a noun around which its whole corporate mission rotates, promoting sustainable development in all its scopes of action.
