We are a state-owned company that operates with the aim to achieve sustainable development and that, therefore, must generate value for the Country system. Our role and activities require to balance and integrate the needs and expectations of a multiplicity of interest holders, in a more general definition of corporate strategy. In a medium-long term view, we have set the ambitious goal to develop a path aimed at redefining and strengthening dialogue, debate and partnership with our stakeholders, with the final purpose to generate a shared value.
The goal is to improve the quality of the relationships with all of GSE’s interlocutors, understanding their requests, verifying the alignment between the strategic objectives and the context of reference. Owing to the transparency of these relationships, we can maintain and consolidate them on the basis of mutual trust, on the ability to listen to each other and on the commitment to spontaneously provide clear and accurate answers.
OUR STAKEHOLDERS AND WHAT THEY EXPECT FROM US
The relationship with our stakeholders, when positive and constant over time, increases our interlocutors’ consent and trust. Therefore, our approach toward sustainability is aimed, first and foremost, at identifying and involving all the actors relating with us. Then, our aim is to understand their interests and themes.
